We are pleased to announce the launch of our account management web portal. You can now manage many aspects of your account with us on-line, such as paying your bill. Go to the following Web site and log in with your primary account name (only the part before the ‘@’ sign) and the password that we have on file for your primary account:
https://myaccount.sierradvantage.com
At this site you can change your contact info, addresses, etc., view your current and past billing invoices, and pay your bill on-line.
Other services, such as changing your passwords, adding new e-mail addresses and registering domain names will become available in the near future
For both environmental benefits and operational efficiencies, we ask that you partner with us and choose to accept electronic statements in lieu of paper statements. Together by doing so, the environment will benefit by our going "green" and we’ll be doing our part to help keep operational expenses down and your Internet services competitive.
On a related note, as of now we are no longer utilizing the payment processing center in Sacramento, which we had been using for the past year. When you remit your payment to us, please send it directly to our main office at:

If for any reason you need a paper statement, you may either print the electronic version or you may opt to continue to receive paper statements at a cost of $3 per month. If you wish to utilize the paper-statement option, you must visit the web portal and click on the "Account" tab, then click on the "Billing Info" button – there you will see a "Statement Method" menu that will allow you to select "Paper" statements.
